Shipping, Maintenance, and Return & Exchange Policy

At Etossimo Jewelry, we are committed to delivering a seamless and satisfying experience with every order. The following policy outlines our standards for shipping, jewelry maintenance and service, and our return & exchange process for customers in the United States. Please read each section to understand your rights, our procedures, and how we support you throughout your shopping journey.


1. Shipping Policy

  • Orders placed Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) are processed within 1-2 business days after payment authorization and verification.
  • Personalized or engraved items may require an additional 1-2 business days for processing.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
  • All orders are shipped via trusted carriers such as UPS, DHL, FedEx, or USPS.
  • Standard Shipping: Free for eligible orders within the continental United States. Estimated delivery is 5-7 business days after your order has been processed and shipped.
  • Express Shipping: Available at checkout for an additional fee. Estimated delivery is 2-3 business days after your order has been processed and shipped.
  • Next-Day Shipping: Available for an additional fee. Orders placed before 12:00 PM CST ship the same business day; otherwise, they ship the next business day.
  • Orders to Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico are not eligible for free standard shipping.
  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or other unforeseen circumstances.

2. Jewelry Maintenance & Service Policy

  • We offer maintenance services to help keep your jewelry in excellent condition, including polishing, resizing, and minor repairs, depending on the type of jewelry.
  • For maintenance requests, please contact us at info@etossimo.com to discuss your needs and any applicable costs.
  • Customers are responsible for securely shipping their jewelry to us. We strongly recommend using a trackable and insured courier service.

3. Return & Exchange Policy

  • We accept returns and exchanges to ensure your satisfaction.
  • Contact us within 5 days of delivery if you wish to make a return or exchange, and ship the item(s) back within 14 days.
  • To initiate a return, email customer@etossimo.com for return authorization (required for refunds).
  • Returns after 14 days are eligible for store credit only, up to 30 days from the delivery date.
  • Returned items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging, including certificates, warranties, and all accompanying materials.
  • Please use a trackable, insured courier for returns and include your invoice number and name. Etossimo is not liable for lost or damaged returns in transit.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email and process your refund within 1-3 business days. The time for the refund to appear in your account depends on your bank or payment provider.

Important Notes:

  • Products damaged due to misuse, improper care, or normal wear and tear are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.
  • For hygienic reasons, earrings, piercings, and similar items cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective.
  • Custom or personalized items, sale items, and products purchased during promotional sales are not returnable unless defective or damaged upon arrival.
