At ETOSSIMO Jewelry, customer satisfaction is our top priority. To ensure a seamless shopping experience, we have outlined our policies for product exchanges, maintenance, and returns below. Please read carefully to understand your rights and our processes.
• ETOSSIMO Jewelry offers maintenance services to help you keep your pieces in excellent condition.
• Maintenance services include polishing, resizing, and minor repairs, depending on the type of jewelry.
• For maintenance requests, please contact us at info@etossimo.com to discuss the type of service needed and associated costs, if applicable.
• You are responsible for shipping the item to us securely. We recommend using a traceable and insured shipping service.
3. Return & Refund Policy
No problem! We're happy to take returns and exchanges. Products can be returned for a refund; disregarding delivery charges, they must satisfy the following criteria:
- Kindly get in touch with us no later than 5 days after delivery, and return the items to us no later than 14 days after delivery.
Please email for a return authorization at customer@etossimo.com if you would like to make a return; no refunds will be issued without return authorization).
Returns beyond the 14-day period are only qualified for store credit thirty days following the delivery date.
Please put your returns in the original packaging for your security; return your order with an insured trackable courier and save your receipt. Etossimo is not liable for anything lost or damaged in route. Kindly add a note including your invoice number and name. On returned items, we are unable to refund the shipping costs.
The item must to be in undamaged, original, unused state.
- All accompanying items, such as packaging, certificates, and warranties, must be included.
We will email you alerting you that we have got your returned item(s) once your return is accepted and checked. Additionally confirming your refund has been granted is this email. Please allow 1-3 days for this process. Refunds may take additional time to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
5. Important Notes
• Products damaged due to misuse, improper care, or normal wear and tear are not eligible for exchange, return, or refund.
• Earrings, piercings, and other hygienic items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are defective.
With the exception of items that arrive broken or defective, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for the following items due to the nature of these items:
