• Return Request: Contact us within 5 days of delivery.
• Return Window: Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
• Return Authorization: Email customer@etossimo.com for approval before returning. Refunds are not processed without authorization.
• Store Credit: Returns beyond 14 days qualify for store credit within 30 days of delivery.
• Return Condition: Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging, including all certificates, warranties, and accessories.
• Shipping Responsibility: Use a trackable, insured courier and retain your receipt. We are not responsible for lost or damaged returns. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
• Processing Time: Once received and inspected, refunds are processed within 1-3 days. Bank processing times may vary.
Shipping policy
Each and every Etossimo product is carefully handmade to perfection. At Etossimo.com, If the items you ordered are currently in stock, your orders are prepared and shipped within 24 hours. If your order(s) are made-to-order, please allow 7-10 business days (excluding weekends) before we ship. We kindly ask for your understanding and patience regarding any delays that may occur due to reasons beyond Etossimo’s control during this special process. While you place your order with ease and enjoyment, we are working hard to deliver your product to you as quickly and safely as possible. Once you place your order, a dedicated team at the Etossimo office starts working diligently. Your product is carefully placed in its box, along with a “QR Code Gemstone Certificate,” a special pouch, and if the product is covered by warranty, a “Warranty Certificate” including a 6 months color and gemstone guarantee, all ready for shipment.
Return & Refund Policy
No problem! We're happy to take returns and exchanges. Products can be returned for a refund; disregarding delivery charges, they must satisfy the following criteria:
- Kindly get in touch with us no later than 5 days after delivery, and return the items to us no later than 14 days after delivery.
Please email for a return authorization at customer@etossimo.com if you would like to make a return; no refunds will be issued without return authorization).
Returns beyond the 14-day period are only qualified for store credit thirty days following the delivery date.
Please put your returns in the original packaging for your security; return your order with an insured trackable courier and save your receipt. Etossimo is not liable for anything lost or damaged in route. Kindly add a note including your invoice number and name. On returned items, we are unable to refund the shipping costs.
The item must to be in undamaged, original, unused state.
- All accompanying items, such as packaging, certificates, and warranties, must be included.
